<Special Scholarship Program>
The Special Scholarship Program is a 3-year English-medium full scholarship Ph.D. Program in Engineering designed for highly capable doctoral students. Successful applicants are entitled to receive following benefits:
- Exempted from all the required student fees
- 150,000 JPY per month for research project work
- 150,000 JPY for travel and initial living cost (given only to international applicants who are living outside Japan at the time of application)

<New on-campus accommodation “International House” established>
KUT recently opened its new on-campus accommodation called “International House”, to provide a high quality research and study environment for both overseas and Japanese students. International students can enjoy this living-learning environment while developing a better understanding of Japanese culture through daily life with Japanese students.
